RECORDING CONTRACT

This Recording Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is hereby made and entered into on [Date], between [Record Label Name] ("Label"), with its principal place of business located at [Address], and [Artist/Band Name] ("Artist"), whose principal address is [Address].

I. DURATION OF CONTRACT:

This agreement shall commence from [Commencement Date] and continue until [Ending Date] unless sooner terminated under the provisions outlined within this Contract.

II. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT:

Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Artist shall undertake to record, perform, and deliver to the Label, to the utmost of their skill and talent, such new recordings as may reasonably be requested from time to time by the Label.

III. COMPENSATION:

In consideration for the services rendered by the Artist, the Label agrees to remunerate the Artist in accordance with the terms delineated in Attachment 1, for all hours worked by the Artist during the tenure of this agreement.

IV. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES:

Both the Artist and the Label hereby represent and warrant that they possess full authority, power, and capacity to enter into this Agreement, and further affirm that this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid, and binding obligation enforceable against them in accordance with its terms.

V. INDEMNIFICATION:

Both parties mutually agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to any breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, or agreement made herein by either party.

VI. TERMINATION:

Either party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon providing the other party with a written notice of termination, with a minimum notice period of 30 days.

VII. GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

VIII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior contracts, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, pertaining to the subject matter herein.
