I, the undersigned Releasor, hereby release, waive, and discharge the Releasee, including its agents, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind related to the vehicle described above. This release applies to all accidents, injuries, damages, or other incidents that may occur after the transfer of the vehicle, regardless of cause.
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that the release of liability includes potential claims for property damage, personal injury, or other harm that may arise after the vehicle is transferred. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with the transfer, use, or ownership of the vehicle.
