Release of Liability
I, the undersigned [Releasor Name], hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the [Releasee Name], its agents, employees, officers, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability of any kind resulting from my participation in the hunting activity described above. This release applies to all known and unknown injuries, property damage, or other harm resulting from accidents, negligence, or other incidents. This release includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages resulting from the discharge of firearms, the actions of other participants, animal attacks, or environmental factors.
Acknowledgment of Risks: I acknowledge and understand that hunting is an inherently dangerous activity, involving risks such as gunshot injuries, falls, animal attacks, exposure to the elements, and other potential hazards.
Medical Emergency Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I hereby grant permission to the Releasee or their designated agents to seek medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to make decisions regarding my own care.
Condition of Participation: I affirm that I am physically fit, mentally capable, and legally permitted to participate in this hunting activity. I further agree to comply with all applicable hunting laws, regulations, and safety rules while participating in the activity.
This document represents the complete and entire agreement between the parties concerning the release of liability for the hunting activity and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
