Dear Alice,

It is with regret that I am writing to inform you regarding the termination of our rental agreement effective on March 23, 2020. You shall have to surrender all the properties and assets rented upon the expiry of your contract with Elite Co.. Otherwise, please feel free to contact the company regarding any re-negotiations to the agreement.
 
If there is no need to renegotiate the terms, please take note that the assets you have rented should be returned in the same condition as they came. A member of the management will set an appointment with you to inspect all the concerned properties and assets as listed. As previously agreed upon, your security deposit shall be sent to your address on record, once the inspection has been done and approved to the company’s satisfaction. Any damages incurred shall default the security deposit.
