Good day!

I am writing this letter of intent to confirm the purchase of We Work located at Los Angels, US along with its inventory and all other assets. We also confirm that it is effective from 
1 Jan 2021. The following terms and conditions regarding the purchase shall take effect in compliance with the lawsuit of the United States:
 
Please take note that this letter is not the final agreement, but rather only states a few of the conditions agreed upon within the final Purchase Agreement to be signed between Magnus Operator and We Work. In line with this, we request that you inform all of the company’s staff, employees, and customers the changes that this purchase shall bring this arrangement and be given ample time for further negotiation and modification.
