Good day!
This letter is a formal request for vacation leave from May 3, 2020 to May 15, 2020. I am requesting this leave because I have been constantly working for months and have never taken any leave. I want to use my unused leaves and hence I am requesting for this vacation.
I have completed all my current responsibilities in anticipation of this vacation. I have already made arrangements for proper turnover for whoever will fill in for my tasks.
