Good day to you and to all of Penguin Grand Hotel. My name is Leilani J. Devine from Virginia, USA. I saw your Hotel Maintenance and I am interested in applying some time now, and I know I can contribute significant things to your prestigious hotel.    

I had my first stint as a Hotel Maintenance Manager at Elk Grove Hotel. During my time there, I worked closely with the Chief Engineer regarding the materials and machinery needed for the renovation projects and maintenance routines. I ensured as well that my subordinates immediately responded to urgent repairs within the hotel premises, without inconveniencing the guests. And from time to time, I also attended meetings, conducted training, and organized safety drills. The next establishment I worked for with the same position was the Hampton Inn. I was responsible for the improvement of the light bulbs, televisions, radios, and other appliances of the rooms, which improved Hampton's reviews from bigtime hotel critics. The most recent establishment I lend my services to was the Premier Resorts & Management. I contributed a lot of things to that hotel. I ordered to repair all their lighting systems, their room refrigerators, to improve their furnishings, to upgrade their equipment necessary for day to day operations, and other technical aspects.
