I was pleased to learn that you are looking for someone to fill the hotel night manager position. With almost seven years of experience working as a hotel night manager, I am compelled to be the next hotel night manager in Western Coast Hotel. I am positive that my credentials are aligned to the checklist of specifications and qualifications for the position. I believe I have the needed skills to excel in the hotel night manager position. 

During my many years of working in the hotel industry, I honed many skills especially my management and communication skills. My main duties included supervising the night shift employees making sure that they are performing well according to the standards of the company and coordinating with the security personnel for the safety of the guest and employees during the night since it is my job to make the guests and staff feel safe and secure. I have acquired slightly distinct skills while supervising the night shift.  I became very observant of what is going around the hotel that I can spot potential troubles and find the best solution immediately to keep a peaceful and safe environment. And I learned how to deal with dissatisfied clients without getting stressed and angry. I fully understand that I have to provide outstanding customer service all the time by treating the guest with respect and hospitality. I developed my interpersonal skills which allowed me to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I believe that these skills will contribute significantly to the Western Coast Hotel's continuous success.
