Templates downloaded under the Standard License may be used to create End Products for sale, as long as lifetime sales or digital shares of such products do not exceed 50 units.
Under the Standard License agreement, Such rights shall be exclusive and cannot be transferred or assigned to another. As such, the templates downloaded cannot be redistributed or resold.
Template.net thereby grants Users the non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use, modify, and display the templates downloaded.
The downloaded templates be used in freelance projects or contract with clients. However, sales of over 50 units will not be covered by the standard license
The Standard License provides the right to use templates for personal or commercial purposes.
The Standard License, however, does not allow the user to have files from Template.net be sold for profit, although it can be used on blogs, printed in paper, or handed out for the general public. User should give credit to Template.net and include the link where said template is originally found.
