We are writing this letter to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory aspects in regard to your work performance and overall behavior on company premises. In connection to this, we would like you to treat this letter as a warning on the issue, which is considered unacceptable employee behavior as per our guidelines.
 
The company has received complaints from your colleagues regarding your behavior which is attached to this letter.
 
Please take note of these mentioned issues and consider this letter as a warning. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the company will result in disciplinary action against you.
