Good day!

As part of [Kirsch High School’s] curriculum, all our grade eight students are required to join a field trip to the Mariana Biological Museum at Palmdale, California, this Wednesday, [October 24, 2021], from [9:00 AM to 11:30 AM]. We will be viewing the various biological exhibits of the museum, which is essential for our Biology class.

Our meeting place will be at our school’s entrance. Your children need to be there before 7:30 AM for all buses shall leave at approximately 8:30 AM. There will be no charge for the trip. However, we will be collecting [$3.00] for the children’s snacks and the museum’s entrance fee. We expect your children to dress appropriately for the trip and to follow school and museum guidelines at all times.
