I am writing this letter to affirm the passing of my spouse, Frederick Hanson, who died intestate last October 11, 2030. With this, I would like to settle the remaining final estate matters of the Decedent without having to go through probate proceedings. I hereby depose and declare in accordance with the law, under penalty of perjury that the following statements below are correct:

1. I, Emma Hanson, have the exclusive rights to obtain the Decedent's remaining properties.

2. The current value of the entire properties subject to administration, less liens, and encumbrances, does not exceed $150,000.

3. The remaining properties of the Decedent include a 4,000-square-foot duplex apartment and a 2,500-square-meter empty lot to which the Claimant is entitled to.
