To whom it may concern:

I, Gilbert K. Kent of 2196 Froe Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, the Principal, hereby authorize and grant limited powers to Joseph P. Sharp of 880 Fulton Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301 (the "Attorney-in-Fact").

The Attorney-in-Fact shall have the limited power and authority to perform and undertake on my behalf the following acts only, concerning the vehicle described as Black Chevrolet Silverado:

• Perform all necessary requirements and actions to complete the transfer of such vehicle, application for a duplicate title, or application of new title of the said vehicle as it may deem fit and proper
• Use and drive the vehicle within the state of West Virginia only
