RE: Revocation of Power of Attorney Granted to Joe S. Fields

To whom it may concern:

Please be advised that starting January 01, 2031, I, Rebecca S. Fields (the "Principal”) of 3142 Upper Hillside, Newport, Rhode Island 02480, have revoked all powers granted to my son, Joe S. Fields (the "Agent”) of 6789 Viewport Ville, Warwick, Rhode Island 02888. Attached with this letter is a copy of the original power of attorney recorded at Kent County in the State of Rhode Island on January 10, 2023.

The Agent was involved in a car accident last December 20, 2030, and has been in a comatose since the accident. The Primary Physician recently declared him to be in a state of incapacity, rendering him unable to deliver the responsibilities as my Agent. Hence, the revocation of the power of attorney.
