What Is a Business Invitation?
This is a type of invitation that one sends with the purpose of inviting another individual to a business-related event. Many businesses send these to their employees to get them to participate in meetings, product launchings, conferences, etc. Some are even sent to clients in order to spread the news about the brand and to interact with them in a more direct manner.
How to Make a Business Invitation in Pages
1. Know What Type of Business Invitation to Make
Before you start working on it, you'll need to know the type that you're going to make. The reason for this is because knowing will tell you what specific information your invitation is supposed to display, ensuring that you include them. So are you planning on making a party invitation? Or perhaps you just need to make a simple meeting invitation? Figure it out so that you can start working on how you should go about making the invitation.
2. Open Apple Pages
Launch Apple Pages from either the Dock, Launchpad, or the Applications folder. From there a new window will open and you'll then be directed to the Template Chooser. Know that you can either start with a blank document to make the invitation from scratch, or you can go through the list of available invitation templates and choose which one you want to use. Also, you can always download and export templates into Apple Pages. All you have to do is to find the ones you want online or you can get the ones here in our very own site.
3. Come Up With the Invitation's Design
Apple Pages will provide you with a number of options that will allow you to edit how your business invitation will look. You can use it to change the background color or you can implement shapes and/or patterns that you think will look good. Know that you can also put in pictures that can possibly make your invitation look more attractive; just make sure that they're ones that are of high-quality so that there won't be any issues when it comes to resizing.
4. Put In Details Regarding the Business Event
Start by pointing out the name of the event. Make sure that the text is placed somewhere like the center so that it can easily attract the attention of the reader. Also, it's best to have its text size slightly larger than the rest to ensure that it's emphasized. You must then include important details such as the date and time it's going to take place, the address of the venue, and possibly a description of what's going to take place during the event.
5. Place Information About the Company and RSVP
Lastly, make sure that you include information that will tell the recipient who's responsible for sending the invitation. Type in the name of the company, its address, phone number, email address, and website if there's one available. You'll also want to include information that will tell the recipient to whom he/she should send a response. Be sure to include the name and contact number of that person and the cut-off date.
