Dear Ms. Sheppard,
This Partnership Letter serves as an agreement between the following parties:

The purpose of this partnership is to carefully understand the details of our business relationship and collaborate effectively.
The terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties are as follows:
Distribution Rights: Forward Manufacturing Co. grants Stellar Distributor exclusive rights to distribute its products in the state of Tennessee.
Territory: The distribution territory covered by this partnership includes all counties within the state of Tennessee.
This partnership shall last from June 26, 2061, to June 25, 2063.
Profit-sharing arrangements: Stellar Distributor will receive a 20% commission on all sales made within the specified territory.
Initial investment contribution: Stellar Distributor agrees to an initial investment of $50,000 for marketing and promotional activities.
Each partner agrees to fulfill the responsibilities and obligations outlined in the partnership. Any breach of the agreed terms may lead to termination as per the agreed termination conditions.
