I, Ashley York, am writing this affidavit to provide statements regarding the divorce of the couple, Mark Johnson and Sophia Johnson, due to irreconcilable differences. Mark Johnson, born on June 10, 1980, and Sophia Johnson, born on September 23, 1982, both resided at 123 Harmony Lane, San Francisco, CA 94107.
The couple decided to split on April 5, 2050, after attempts at reconciliation failed. Irreconcilable differences arose between them, causing an irreparable breakdown of their marriage. As a result, they reached the mutual decision that divorce was the best course of action.
