We are writing to formally extend an invitation to renew your apartment lease at our complex. Having you as a tenant has been a pleasure, and we greatly value your presence in our community.

We want to inform you that your current lease agreement expires on May 31, 2050. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to renew your lease for another year, from June 1, 2050, until May 31, 2051.

If you wish to renew your lease, please review the attached renewal agreement, sign it, and return it to our office by April 30, 2050. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our leasing office.
