Dear Mr. Paulson,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Paula's Pastries to discuss a potential joint venture between our pastry shop and your esteemed coffee business, Carlo Coffee.
After careful consideration and discussions between our teams, I am pleased to propose the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of the Joint Venture:
Our joint venture aims to combine our expertise in pastries and your specialty in coffee to create a unique and captivating dining experience for our customers.
2. Roles and Responsibilities:

Please carefully review the above terms and conditions. If you agree with the proposed joint venture, kindly sign and return a copy of this letter to us by July 4, 2050. This agreement shall become effective upon mutual signature.
