Landlord Breach of Contract Letter

June 1, 2050

Dave E. Sutton

Chattanooga, TN 37403

Dear Mr. Sutton,

I am writing concerning a breach of the rental agreement signed on February 21, 2050. According to our contract, you have certain obligations that I feel you failed to meet.

The contract clearly states that you are obligated to provide timely and accurate financial reports.

Unfortunately, as of May 25, 2050, it has come to my attention that you have not fulfilled this obligation. The financial reports for the agreed-upon period have not been submitted, which poses a significant concern for our business operations and decision-making processes.

To rectify this situation, I kindly request that you immediately provide the outstanding financial reports within $4,500. We must have access to accurate financial information to assess the financial health of our company and make informed decisions for the future.

Failure to do so may result in enforcing the penalties as provided for in our contract, including termination of the lease and possible legal action. If possible, I want to avoid this, as I value our business relationship.

Please take this matter under urgent consideration.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. If you have any questions or need to discuss this further, please get in touch with me at the provided phone number or email address.

Sincerely,

Tammy M. Schultz
