Dear Mr. Williams,

I am writing this letter to confirm the terms of the rental agreement for the property located at960 Daylene Drive Pontiac, MI 48342 . This letter outlines the basic terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.

As the landlord, my duties include insuring the property, handling maintenance and repair issues, and providing a safe and clean living environment. As the tenant, you must pay the agreed rental amount on time, treat the property with care, and adhere to the rental terms.

The rental period will commence from December 19, 2050 and will conclude on January 19, 2055. The rent amount will be $800 per month, payable on the first day of each calendar month. The security deposit of $800 will be due upon signing this letter. The deposit is refundable at the end of the lease period subject to property inspection and deductions for unpaid rent or damage to the property.
