Dear Ms. Chapman,

I, Angela Williams, the legal owner of the commercial space located at 4057 Yorkshire Circle, Greenville, NC 27834, would like to extend my offer to you for the commercial space tenancy of the aforementioned property for one (1) year, commencing on March 1, 2050, and concluding on February 28, 2051. This property, as discussed, can be used for your boutique business.

As per our agreement, your obligations include but are not restricted to the timely monthly rental payments, maintaining the said premises in good and sanitary condition, and using the premises solely for your boutique business. Rental payments are due on the 1st day of each calendar month.

Enforced by local rental laws, I, as the landlord, have the right to inspect the property on a mutually agreed schedule, with the responsibility to address any urgent maintenance or repair issues and ensure the property is in compliance with local business regulations and ordinances.

Violations of any terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of this rental agreement or legal remedies, as stipulated by the local rental laws.
