I am writing to formally request your permission for a field trip to the local museum. As the teacher of the 10th-grade geography class at Dalton High School, I believe this trip would greatly complement our current unit of study and provide an enriching experience for the students.
The museum offers exhibits that delve into areas directly related to our curriculum. By facilitating their exploration in a real-world context, we now have an opportunity to deepen their understanding and strengthen their interest in geography. We propose the trip to take place in the third week of June.
