I write to you to set forth the terms and objectives of our intended accounting engagement, including the services we are requested to perform and the limitations inherent in our tasks.

Our accounting services may include but are not limited to the preparation of financial statements, account analyses, income tax services, or other agreed-upon procedures as decided explicitly by you. Please note these services do not constitute an audit of financial statements, and we will not express an opinion on the aforementioned documents.

Our accountants will be responsible for conducting our services with professional care and competence. However, as the client, you will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the representations you provided us.

Finally, all information disclosed during this engagement will be treated with absolute confidentiality as mandated by the accountants' professional code of conduct.

If you have understood the terms outlined in this letter and if they align with your understanding of our agreement, kindly demonstrate your acceptance of this engagement by signing and returning the attached copy.
