Dear Ms. Chandler,
This letter serves as an agreement between Caleb Evans and Layla Chandler for the property located at 4614 Walton Street Salt Lake City, UT 84104 under a contractor rental Agreement.
The terms of the rental are as follows:
Rent Payment: The monthly rent is $800, payable on or before the December 1, 2050 of each month. Payments should be made in bank transfer.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 is due upon signing this agreement. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the lease termination, minus any deductions for damages.
Maintenance and Repairs: The tenant is responsible for keeping the premises clean and reporting any damages promptly. The landlord will address necessary repairs in a timely manner.
