Dear Ms. Chandler,

This letter serves as an agreement between Caleb Evans and Layla Chandler for the property located at 4614 Walton Street Salt Lake City, UT 84104 under a contractor rental Agreement.

The terms of the rental are as follows:

1. Rent Payment: The monthly rent is $800, payable on or before the December 1, 2050 of each month. Payments should be made in bank transfer.
