Dear Mr. Lee,
I, Mason Lloyd, owner of the property located at Llyod's Residential- 109 Whispering Pine, Unit 11, Silent Woods, CA 67890, propose to lease the aforementioned residential property to you, Oliver Lee, under the terms stipulated in this rental agreement letter.
The property is being leased on a residential basis, and the duration of the agreement is twelve months, effective upon signing. Rent is due on the first day of each calendar month. Delayed payments will be charged a late fee by breaks of ten days extending from the due date.
You agree to maintain the property in a clean, neat, and in good condition. Any damages caused due to negligence will be at your expense. I, the landlord, will be responsible for major repairs, and compliance with applicable local rental laws and regulations.
I expect you to respect the rights and comfort of the neighbors at all times. The property is strictly non-smoking and removal of any property fixtures or fittings is disallowed.
By writing your name and signing above your name, you acknowledge all rights and obligations described within. You agree to abide by these terms, only amenable by a joint decision by both parties.
