Dear Ms. Murphy,
This letter is regards to the renewal of your rental agreement concerning property located at 391 Kidd Avenue Palmer, AK 99645. I, Layla Jones, owner of the said property, wish to renew the rental agreement under the same terms and conditions.
The rental agreement will commence from March 1, 2050 and conclude on April 1, 2055. You shall pay a monthly rent of $800 by the 5th of each month.
