I am writing to inform you that I will be vacating the rental property located at 3113 Goodwin Avenue Sunnyside, WA 98944 on February 1, 2050. As per the terms of our rental agreement, my lease is scheduled to end on January 1, 2055, and I am providing the required 15 days' notice in advance of my departure. I am willing to schedule a pre-move-out inspection to address any final instructions or requirements you may have.
I kindly request the return of my security deposit, in accordance with the terms of our lease agreement, after the final inspection has taken place.
