To the Employees of DayneTech,
I am writing on behalf of a group of fellow employees to address a matter we believe is of utmost importance to both our individual and collective well-being. We are launching a campaign to form a union and believe that you, along with other esteemed colleagues, would significantly benefit from joining.
Initiating a union is about safeguarding our rights as employees and creating a more balanced workplace. It presents us all with the opportunity to actively participate in the decision-making processes affecting our careers and livelihoods. The benefits of joining a union include better pay, safer working conditions, and a communal voice that is much stronger than an individual one. We believe it is time for us to unite for our common good and ensure equality and fairness in our workplace.
