Dear Ms. Carter,
This letter serves to confirm the car rental agreement held between yourself and XYZ CAR RENTAL.
As per our conversation, the specific terms and conditions of the rental agreement are as follows:
The vehicle in question is a Toyota Camry, with a Vehicle Identification Number. 1HGCM82633A123456. The car rental will commence January 1, 2050, and will terminate on July 1, 2050.
The rental fee shall be mailed or hand-delivered by you to the address stated above and is due on the first day of every month. You shall provide and maintain during the entirety of this rental agreement a policy of comprehensive general liability insurance. Any and all necessary repairs needed as a result of your damage or neglect will be at your expense.
