Dear Mrs. Snyder,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to propose a rental payment agreement to address a temporary financial challenge I am currently facing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am experiencing difficulties in meeting the standard monthly rent of $200.00.

I propose a revised payment plan effective from May 2, 2055, whereby I will make monthly payments of $100.00 until the outstanding balance is cleared. I am committed to adhering to this agreement and will make every effort to resume regular payments as soon as my financial situation improves.

I appreciate your understanding during this challenging time and am open to discussing any adjustments to this proposal that you may find suitable.
