Dear Ray Nivens,
I am writing to confirm the rental agreement for my private apartment. This letter serves as a legal document stating the terms and conditions of your occupancy.
Specifically, as per our discussion, you have agreed to rent the apartment located on Floor 5, Apartment 23, for 3 days starting on July 10 and ending on July 12.
The monthly rent for the property is agreed at $400 payable on the 1st day of every month. A security deposit of $80 will be required before you take possession of the apartment.
Obligations and rights include the responsibility of maintaining the apartment in good condition and respect for local noise and nuisance regulations. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Kindly note that failure to adhere to the stated rules and regulations, or non-payment of rent or other charges as agreed, can lead to termination of this rental agreement.
