Dear Mr. Starling,
This letter serves as an official Rental Agreement Guarantor, outlining the terms and conditions of the lease agreement between us. I, Kenneth Arellano, the landlord, will lease the property at 2474 Garrett Street, Portland, PA. (hereafter referred to as “The property”).
The rental term will commence on September 1, 2050, and end on August 31, 2051. The monthly rent for the property will be discussed later on and should be made payable on the first day of every calendar month. As the Rental Agreement Guarantor, you are responsible for ensuring the rent is paid fully in a timely manner.
Should any dispute arise concerning this agreement or the property, it will be handled according to the laws within the jurisdiction where the property is located. Please review the terms set forth herein.
