Dear Hopkins,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cleaning service that was recently provided. Despite your company's reputable standing, I was let down by the quality of the service.
The cleaners did not pay attention to detail, and numerous spots were left untouched which I had specifically mentioned to be worked on. This incident is not reflective of the premium service your company is widely recognized for. I believe it is in both our interests to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Thus, I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the service to be redone, or provide an adequate solution that aligns with the quality of service we expected at the initial agreement.
I hope for a swift resolution in this regard. Thank you for your time and understanding.
