I hope this letter finds you well. I'm the owner of Star Solutions, Frank Cannon. I appreciate your loyalty to our cleaning services and your understanding as we strive to ensure quality service while adapting to the ongoing market changes. In order to continue providing superior services, I'm writing to inform you about a small rate adjustment that we need to implement.

Considering the rise in the cost of cleaning supplies and equipment, and in order to carry on in providing our excellent cleaning services, a rate increase of 10% will be effective starting from January 1, 2051. We have done our best to keep these increases minimal to show our deepest appreciation for you as our valued client.

We promise to continue providing the high standard of cleaning services that you've been accustomed to even with the new pricing.
