Extreme Hardship Immigration Letter

Dear Ms. Barton,

I am writing this letter to communicate the difficulties and extreme hardships that would arise for my family and me if I left the United States.

I am originally from a country where civil unrest and political instability are commonplace. My life and the lives of my family members would be in danger if we had to return. Additionally, my children, who were born here in the U.S., are currently thriving in school and have a bright future ahead of them. Going back to a country where opportunities for education are limited and basic human rights are often violated would deprive them of their prospects.

Moreover, my wife has a medical condition that requires constant and specialized care the kind of care that's unavailable in our home country. Losing access to this care would severely affect her health. It would be an extreme hardship for her to manage her condition without the appropriate medical support and treatment available in the U.S.

We came to America to seek a safe and positive environment for our children, and we are forever grateful for the opportunities we've had. We humbly request that you consider these hardships when assessing my immigration case. Thank you for your attention and consideration. We hope for your kind understanding and prompt action on this matter.

Sincerely,

Juan Hartley
