Dear Ms. Murphy,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. I am writing to you on behalf of Holland Football Club, a non-profit organization that strives to provide opportunities and resources for youth to participate in football in our community.
We believe in helping our community's young people develop their physical abilities, teamwork skills, and character through sports. However, our efforts could not be realized without the generous support of individuals like you.
Our annual budget needs for uniforms, footballs, transportation, and tournament fees total up to around $10,000. We’ve been managing to carry out our objectives for the past years, yet this year has posed a significant challenge for us. For this reason, I am writing to you today to seek your support. Any financial contribution would be immensely helpful for us to continue serving our youth, who we believe are the future of our society.
