I trust this letter finds you well.
I am writing regarding our current rental agreement for the 32 Eastlake Drive, New York, NY, 10012 property. As you may know, our agreement will conclude on January 31, 2050.
As circumstances require, I must request an extension of our current rental agreement. I have found the property to be wonderfully maintained and exceptionally comfortable – qualities I place in high regard.
Given these satisfying conditions, I hope to continue to reside in this home for an additional six months, proposing a new end date of July 31, 2050. I hope you will favorably consider this request and are open to discussing my request further at your earliest convenience.
