Dear Ms. Dach,
I am writing on behalf of XYZ Motors as the manufacturer, to form an agreement with your esteemed dealership. The purpose of this letter is to set forth the specifics of our commitment to selling our line of cars and other vehicles to your dealership at a fixed rate agreed upon by both parties.
The agreement will remain effective for one year starting from the date of our mutual consent. The payments for the vehicles will be due 30 days after the delivery of the vehicles. We also wish to emphasize the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the pricing and designs of our vehicles.
If the agreement is to be terminated, a notice period of 60 days before termination must be provided by the terminating party. This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of our jurisdiction.
We trust that the above terms meet your approval and look forward to finalizing this agreement with your dealership. Please sign below as an acknowledgment of our agreement and return a copy at your earliest convenience.
