Dear Mr. Henry,
This letter is to confirm your acceptance of employment with Nova Nexus starting on July 20, 2057. Under this employment agreement, you will serve as a sales manager. You are expected to perform duties and responsibilities consistent with your position and additional duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
You will be compensated with an annual salary of $25,0000, paid monthly and subject to statutory deductions. The company reserves the right to terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause. You are expected to adhere to confidentiality standards and all nondisclosure clauses related to your position, both during and after the end of your tenure with us.
The terms of your employment will be governed by the laws. By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to abide by these terms.
