Dear Mr. Hyatt,
We convey this letter to articulate the agreement concerning the loan between the two parties involved, herein referred to as the lender, and you, Mr. Garrett Hyatt, the borrower. This letter aims to delineate the conditions and details of the loan in a written format to shun future discrepancies.
The conditions of this agreement include the specifics of the utilized services/products, the length of this agreement, the financial obligations and payment due dates, the duties and responsibilities of both parties, the confidentiality agreement, cessation conditions, and the governing law.
The lender will offer the aforementioned services/products for the agreed duration in return for payments outlined in this agreement. A confidentiality agreement ensures that all transactions remain undisclosed to either party. Either party can annul this agreement should the termination conditions outlined in this agreement be satisfied.
