I hope this letter finds you well. It is with regret that I inform you that I will have to resign from my position as Executive Chef at Bistros & More, effective two weeks from today. I have appreciated the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the team over the years.
I understand the challenges this might bring, and I want to assure you of my full support during this transition period. I am committed to finishing any ongoing projects and will impart essential knowledge to whoever will fill my shoes in the future.
I appreciate the lessons and experiences gained while working at Bistros & More. I have learned so much about the restaurant industry from you and the rest of the team. I leave with a heavy heart but look forward to the opportunities this change may bring.
