Dear Ms. Howell
We are pleased to inform you that the room you expressed interest in located at our property is available for rent. This letter is intended to formally propose the detailed terms and conditions for the rental. The room will be available for move-in from the 5th of January, 2050.
The monthly rent for the room will be $500, to be paid on the last day of each calendar month. A security deposit amounting to $1500 would be required at the time of the lease signing. The lease agreement is valid for one year starting from the 5th of January, 2050. Upon completion of the term, the lease may be extended upon mutual agreement.
