Dear Ms. Dial,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. I am writing to discuss the security deposit you made at the start of your rental agreement. Your initial deposit was for a sum of $15,000, as listed in the rental contract signed on July 20, 2050.

I am pleased to let you know that upon inspection of the premises following your vacating date on September 17, 2050, it was found that there were no notable damages or unattended cleaning issues. Therefore, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

We aim to process the refund of your deposit within the next two weeks. You should receive your refund via your preferred method of payment: either as a direct bank transfer or a mailed check to your forwarding address. If you have not received your deposit refund within this timeframe, please contact me directly.
