This Family Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of this first day of January 2050, by and between Kyle Lincoln, Jay Lincoln, and Zayne Lincoln, (collectively referred to as the "Parties").

1. Preamble

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the division and planning of the estate and assets of Mr. Lincoln among his sons - Kyle Lincoln, Jay Lincoln, and Zayne Lincoln. The Parties agree to respect and abide by this Agreement in good faith and understand they are legally bound by its terms. All Parties are entitled to seek independent legal advice concerning the content of this Agreement.

2. Division of Estate and Assets

The Parties agree that the distribution of Mr. Lincoln's estate and assets shall occur in the following manner:

1. Kyle Lincoln shall receive (33% of specific assets)

2. Jay Lincoln shall receive (33% of specific assets)

3. Zayne Lincoln shall receive (33% or specific assets)

The Parties agree that this division is fair and equitable, and accept their respective percentages or specific assets willingly and without coercion.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the case of any disputes that might arise from this Agreement, the Parties agree to try and solve the issue amicably through discussion and negotiation. Should a resolution not be found, the Parties agree to engage in mediation with a neutral third party before any court proceedings. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall then be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.

4. Representations and Warranties

Each Party represents and warrants to the other Parties that it has had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice, is competent to enter into this Agreement and enters into this Agreement voluntarily and without duress or undue influence.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state in which Mr. Lincoln's estate is domiciled.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions between the Parties. No modification of or amendment to this Agreement, nor any waiver of any rights under this Agreement, will be effective unless in writing signed by the Parties.
