Free Cancellation Agreement

I. Description of the Agreement

This Agreement formalizes the cancellation of the subscription service ("Service") previously subscribed to by the Subscriber from the Service Provider. It outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation process to ensure a smooth and legally compliant termination of the subscription.

Both parties affirm their commitment to abide by the provisions set forth herein for the orderly conclusion of the subscription agreement.

II. Termination Effective Date

From this date onward, the Subscriber's access to and use of the Service shall cease, and the Service Provider shall no longer provide or maintain the subscribed services. III. Termination Fees and Dues

Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to settle any outstanding fees or dues associated with the cancellation of the subscription service as outlined in the original subscription agreement.

This includes any applicable termination fees or charges specified therein, which shall be paid within 30 days following the Termination Effective Date. Service Provider undertakes to provide a final invoice detailing the total amount owed by Subscriber for prompt settlement.

IV. Release and Discharge

Upon the Termination Effective Date, both Subscriber and Service Provider release and discharge each other from all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising directly or indirectly from the terminated subscription agreement.

This release ensures that neither party shall hold the other liable for any past, present, or future matters related to the subscription service, thereby providing full legal closure to both parties.

V. Confidentiality

Both Subscriber and Service Provider recognize the confidential nature of the subscription agreement and commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding its terms and conditions.

Unless required by law or with the express consent of the other party, neither party shall disclose any details about the cancellation or any associated documentation, thereby safeguarding proprietary information and upholding the privacy of the parties involved.

VI. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the [Jurisdiction State/Country].

VII. Dispute Resolution

In any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved through mediation, with each party bearing its costs.
