Free Lease to Own Agreement

This Lease to Own Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord", and [Tenant's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant".

I. Property Description

The property subject to this Agreement is located at [Address of the Property], hereinafter referred to as the "Property".

II. Lease Term

2.2 The Tenant shall have the option to extend the lease for an additional term upon written notice to the Landlord at least 30 days before the expiration of the initial lease term.

In the event of default by either party, the non-defaulting party shall have the right to pursue any remedies available at law or in equity, including but not limited to termination of this Agreement and damages for breach.

VIII. Miscellaneous

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

8.2 Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

8.3 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [state/country].

8.4 Any notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered personally or sent by certified mail to the respective addresses of the parties.
