Logo Agreement

On April 10, 2050, a Logo Design Agreement ("Agreement") is established between [Client Name], whose primary business location is [Client Address] ("Client"), and [Your Name], with their primary business located at [Your Company Address] ("Designer").

1. Scope of Work

The designer agrees to create a logo design for the Client based on the specifications provided by the Client.

The scope of work includes:

Initial consultation to discuss design preferences and requirements.
Creation of initial logo concepts for Client's review.
Revisions to the selected concept based on Client feedback.
Finalization of the logo design in the required formats.

2. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay Designer the following fees for the logo design services:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon signing of this Agreement.
Final payment of $1000 upon completion and approval of the final logo design.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees, the Designer assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest in and to the final logo design, including any copyrights or other intellectual property rights. The designer retains the right to display the logo design in its portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during this Agreement, including but not limited to design concepts, drafts, and final artwork.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the completion of the logo design services. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches any provision of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [Arbitration Venue].

7. Miscellaneous
