• The vehicle is free from any liens, encumbrances, or legal claims.

• The Seller has disclosed all known defects or issues with the vehicle.

VI. INDEMNIFICATION

The Seller hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Buyer harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise as a result of any misrepresentations or any breaches of warranty made by the Seller.

VII. JURISDICTION
