I. Scope of Agreement

B. Terms of Employment:

1. Performance of Duties: The Seasonal Worker shall perform assigned duties diligently and to the best of their abilities, following all instructions provided by the Employer or their designated supervisor.

2. Safety: The Seasonal Worker agrees to adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols and regulations established by the Employer. This includes the proper use of safety equipment, reporting of hazards or incidents promptly, and participating in safety meetings or training sessions as required.

3. Confidentiality: The Seasonal Worker shall maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information of the Employer obtained during the course of employment.

III. Compensation and Benefits

A. Wages: The Seasonal Worker shall be compensated at a rate of 15 USD per hour for all hours worked. Payment shall be made weekly, with the first payment due on [Date].
